Oscar’s Restaurant in Sebring Florida doesn’t look all that big when you get to the back of the parking lot, and then wander down the pavement to the door in what is a bigger than average strip mall.
Once you get inside though, it’s different.
You’ll see their specials on a big board right in front of you as you walk in. There are some really good meal deals posted, yet you need to read that all (most?) of the specials are not available on the weekend so don’t expect to get those prices on Saturday or Sunday which, I guess, are their busiest breakfast days.

I like the 2/2/2/ for breakfast, whether it’s on the weekend or not, though I don’t suggest that you order scrambled eggs with it as they taste somewhat institutional, and I wonder if they are real eggs or the liquid variety? With fresh cooked eggs though, you cannot go wrong.
On the right as you go in is the club room, of sorts. Local folks with various club affiliations evidently have this room booked regularly and show up at the designated time to partake of a meal in their own dining room.
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner guests wait for a table, and then are seated in their spacious dining area which extends around the corner and further on than expected.
Oscar’s Taco Specials are very, very well attended. All you can eat, and reportedly very good, with food that can be spicy, but often is flavored for the none-spicy-hot crowd. While a family restaurant it’s also known as a Mexican food establishment as well.
Like most restaurants we’ve enjoyed in the Sebring Florida area at breakfast time, coffee is NOT included in the price. It’s good, strong hot coffee, and if you like it black, it’s strong enough to do the job. If you like mild coffee, well, maybe not so much.
We’ve breakfasted at Oscars quite a number of times, have no problem recommending this location for breakfast, but since we’ve not had lunch or dinner there so I can’t offer a personal comment.
Our local friends, however, dine there for brunch or lunch often, and have nothing but good things to say about them.
If you are into Karaoke, you can partake at Oscars Thursday nights if you wish.
